Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior Manager of Payments Analytics to lead payments strategy and operations across the organization. You will oversee processing performance, vendor relationships, and initiatives to improve acceptance rates and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in payments, fintech, ecommerce, or risk management.
• Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems including cards, ACH, wallets, digital methods.
• Experience managing processors, gateways, banks, and third-party vendors.
• Proven ability to optimize payment performance and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a scalable payments strategy aligned with business goals.
• Improve payment acceptance, reduce friction, and optimize performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Product, and Operations to enable initiatives.
• Drive automation and data-driven improvements across payment operations.
