Job summary

Inspire is seeking a finance professional to lead payments P&L management and budgeting for multiple brands. You will forecast, analyze cost drivers, and prepare executive summaries to guide cost optimization and profitability.

Qualifications

4-year degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or related field.
MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
3+ years of progressive experience in strategic or operational finance, consulting, or payments.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage payments P&Ls day-to-day including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Analyze payments P&L performance across the organization including interchange, chargebacks, fees and vendor costs.
Collaborate with Accounting, IT, Commercial Services and Brand teams to reduce costs and increase sales through budget management.
Prepare period, quarterly and ad hoc financial reports, forecasts and analyses.
Provide detailed financial analysis of costs of payments acceptance across restaurants and digital channels.
