Qualifications

• Proven experience in payments or fintech with understanding of PSP integrations and lifecycle.
• Strong fluency with APIs, webhooks, and system trade-offs enabling collaboration with engineering.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and delivering end-to-end features in a payments context.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap for the payment orchestration platform, ensuring reliability, coverage, and transaction success.
• Drive routing and provider strategy using data on authorization rates and failure reasons to optimize outcomes.
• Oversee robust webhook processing and ensure accurate, trustworthy receipts and transaction records.
