Job summary

Syntech in Tallahassee, FL, seeks a Payments Product Owner to translate business priorities and network requirements into actionable work for the Engineering team. You will partner with the Payments Team to set priorities, manage the backlog, and coordinate certification activities with external partners.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders across Engineering, QA, Product Management, Operations, Support, and Sales, and ensuring timely delivery of payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain development priorities with the Payments Team.
• Refine the Payments Team backlog and coordinate with Engineering leadership.
• Coordinate with external partners for certifications and integration work.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables for payment initiatives.
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate certification schedules and ensure documentation and approvals.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, a technical discipline, or a related field
