Job summary

Stavtar Solutions, based in New York, is seeking a payments-focused product leader to own end-to-end money movement capabilities within StavPay. You will work directly with controllers and AP teams to ground the roadmap in real-world needs and drive bank integrations, treasury operations, and compliance enhancements.

The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of ACH, wires, RTP/FedNow, ISO 20022, and multi-currency settlement, with a strong bias toward shipping tangible prototypes and leveraging

Qualifications

Experience building payments products end-to-end, with ownership of rails and treasury operations.
Deep knowledge of payments and treasury stacks (ACH, wires, ISO 20022, NACHA, etc.).
Ability to ship via working prototypes before long PRDs and to leverage AI for analysis and prototyping.

Responsibilities

Lead the Payments roadmap across rails, bank integrations, and treasury operations.
Ground roadmap in client needs by spending time with controllers and AP teams.
Own the platform: payment state model, bank integrations, and compliance posture.
Define provider strategy: rails, partners, build vs. buy, and stack evolution.
Collaborate with bank/processor relationships on roadmap and capabilities.
Work cross-functionally across the company and ship like a founding team.
