Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to shape product and platform strategy across risk-bearing provider and payer-adjacent analytics. You will translate client needs, market intelligence, and healthcare analytics into differentiated product roadmaps in partnership with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years in product strategy or healthcare consulting, with strong business acumen and a track record of delivering scalable analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, commercial strategy, or healthcare consulting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with BI or data tools to evaluate opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's provider analytics and data portfolio.
• Translate market intelligence and client insights into differentiated products.
• Lead commercialization with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers.
• Develop 12–24-month product roadmaps and prioritize investments.
• Collaborate across teams to align stakeholders and drive execution.
