CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Payer Deal Intelligence & Analytics in Providence, RI. The role leads the analytical strategy for deal evaluation, PBM negotiation support, and reimbursement performance.

Responsibilities include owning multi-year financial models, building pre-negotiation intelligence, and guiding negotiations with senior leadership. This is an individual contributor role with growth into deal ownership and portfolio leadership within Payer Relations.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in pharmacy reimbursement, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, or healthcare financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to build, document and defend multi-year financial models from inputs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including scenario construction and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to translate quantitative analysis into concise written recommendations for VP+ audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple analytical deliverables against negotiation deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytical strategy, market intelligence, and deal evaluation for CVS Payer relations.
• Own financial models and pre-negotiation intelligence packages for CVS Pharmacy deal positioning.
• Develop multi-year deal strategy reflecting counterparty economics and potential trade points.
• Present analysis in cross-functional forums and at senior decision making levels.
