CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Payer Negotiation Strategy and Market Intelligence to build payer playbooks, establish pre-positioning frameworks for negotiations, and drive adoption of standardized tools across the function.

You will translate market insights and stakeholder input into clear, repeatable negotiation strategies, and lead post-mortem reviews to continuously refine playbooks toward broader deal ownership within Payer Relations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in contract negotiation or PBM, managed care, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategy, market intelligence, or consulting.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience translating market insights into actionable tools or guidance.
• Experience conducting post-mortems with senior participants.
• Ability to identify patterns and turn insights into playbooks.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain payer playbooks for CVS Pharmacy's largest payer relationships.
• Lead pre-positioning frameworks ahead of negotiations and facilitate deal reviews.
• Translate market intelligence into repeatable negotiation strategy and tools.
• Lead post-mortem reviews to refine strategy and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Directors and above toward deeper deal ownership within Payer Relations.
