Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract negotiation, pharmacy benefit management, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategy, market intelligence, or consulting.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring teams in a complex environment.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable tools or guidance.
• Experience conducting post-mortems with Director-level participants.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain payer-specific negotiation playbooks.
• Establish pre-positioning frameworks ahead of negotiations.
• Lead structured deal reviews and debriefs.
• Drive adoption of negotiation tooling across payer relations.
• Translate market intelligence into repeatable strategy.
• Monitor PBM and health plan strategies and update playbooks.
• Lead post-mortem reviews to refine future negotiations.
• Collaborate with Directors and above in a matrix organization.
