CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Payer Negotiation Strategy and Market Intelligence to build payer-specific playbooks and lead negotiation preparation across CVS Pharmacy relationships.

You will translate market insights into repeatable strategy, monitor PBM shifts, and develop practical tools that help partners negotiate with greater consistency and confidence.

The role includes post‑mortem reviews, collaboration with Directors and above, and travel up to 15% to support deal execution.

Competenze

• 5+ years in contract negotiation or managed care.
• 5+ years in strategy, market intelligence, or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams in a matrix environment.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable tools and guidance.
• Experience with post‑mortem analyses with senior participants.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
