Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager in Payer Deal Intelligence & Analytics to guide analytical strategy, market intelligence, and decision support for complex deal evaluation and PBM negotiations.

You will own financial models and pre-negotiation intelligence, shaping CVS Pharmacy's positioning across payers and discount providers, and develop multi-year deal strategies with scenario analyses for negotiation readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in pharmacy reimbursement, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, or healthcare financial analysis.
• Ability to build, document and defend multi-year financial models from incomplete inputs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including scenario construction and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to translate quantitative analysis into a concise written recommendation for VP-level audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple analytic deliverables against negotiation deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical strategy, market intelligence, and decision support for deal evaluation and PBM negotiation strategy.
• Own financial models and pre-negotiation intelligence for CVS Pharmacy positioning across payers and discount providers.
• Develop multi-year deal strategy and scenario analyses to inform where CVS can trade and where it must hold.
• Deliver work product for live negotiations and cross-functional forums, with quantified positions and defined walk-away points.
