Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Payer Deal Intelligence & Analytics to lead analytical strategy, market intelligence, and decision support for complex deal evaluations and PBM negotiations. The role creates multi-year deal strategies and scenario analyses used in live negotiations and cross-functional forums such as Finance Calls and the Payer Operating Strategy meeting.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in pharmacy reimbursement, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, or healthcare financial analysis.
Demonstrated ability to build, document and defend multi‑year financial models constructed from incomplete or contested inputs.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including scenario construction and sensitivity analysis.
Ability to translate quantitative analysis into a concise written recommendation suitable for Vice President and above audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead analytical strategy, market intelligence and decision support for deal evaluation and PBM negotiation strategy.
Own financial models and pre-negotiation intelligence packages for CVS Pharmacy positioning across PBMs, health plans and Medicaid.
Provide quantified positions and walk-away points for material negotiations and cross-functional forums.
