Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Payer Deal Intelligence & Analytics to lead analytical strategy, market intelligence, and decision support for complex payer negotiations. This role shapes pre-negotiation packages and multi-year deal strategy across PBMs, health plans, third party discount providers and Medicaid programs.

You will translate quantitative findings into concise recommendations for VP-level audiences, manage multiple deliverables, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in pharmacy reimbursement, managed care or healthcare financial analysis.
• Proven ability to build and defend multi-year financial models.
• Excel proficiency with scenario construction and sensitivity analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical strategy, market intelligence and deal evaluation.
• Build financial models for pre-negotiation intelligence.
