Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract negotiation or comparable field.
• 5+ years in strategy, market intelligence, consulting, or related area.
• 3+ years leading, mentoring, or influencing teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop payer-specific negotiation playbooks and pre-positioning frameworks.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable tools and guidance for deal teams.
• Lead post-mortem analyses to refine strategy and playbooks over time.
• Drive adoption of new processes across Payer Relations and ensure repeatable negotiation quality.
