Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Payer Deal Intelligence & Analytics to guide analytical strategy and negotiations across PBMs, health plans and Medicaid programs. You will own multi-year deal models and pre-negotiation intelligence used in live negotiations and cross-functional reviews.

Required is 5+ years in pharmacy reimbursement or related financial analysis, advanced Excel, and the ability to present clear recommendations to Vice Presidents and above.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in pharmacy reimbursement, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, or healthcare financial analysis.
Ability to build, document and defend multi-year financial models from inputs.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency with scenario construction and sensitivity analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead analytical strategy, market intelligence and decision support for complex deal evaluation.
Own financial models and pre-negotiation intelligence for CVS Pharmacy negotiations.
Translate quantitative analysis into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
