Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Program Manager to join the PMO, driving critical program activities, customer engagement, EACs/EVMS and launcher deliveries. You will coordinate across Army and Navy air defense programs, engage suppliers, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-cost execution.

This onsite role supports DoD programs with security clearance requirements. The role emphasizes customer-facing leadership, program performance analysis, and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience; advanced degree optional.
• PM6 certification required.
• Experience with customer engagement, EACs, EVMS, supplier management, and delivery of complex systems.
• Strong program management knowledge including risk, scheduling and cost control.
• Proven history with Army and Navy air defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact, build relationships and align with program objectives.
• Lead customer meetings, provide status reports, and address inquiries.
• Oversee EACs and EVMS, ensure compliance and provide leadership updates.
• Manage launcher system deliveries, coordinate with engineering, supply chain and production.
• Coordinate with suppliers, lead reviews, and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Leverage experience with Army and Navy air defense programs to guide execution.
