This full-time role manages scheduling, insurance verification, pre-authorization, and patient counseling in a fast-paced office. Qualifications

• Entry-level to senior level acceptable based on experience.
• Experience in medical front office and insurance-related tasks is preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling, billing, and patient communications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new and returning patients, and manage referrals in the clinic system.
• Handle insurance verification, pre-authorization, and payment posting with accuracy.
• Counsel patients on insurance and payment options and assist with financial resources.
• Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards.
• Coordinate with front office functions and support schedule changes as needed.
