Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Patient Registration to facilitate new patient onboarding and transition to home/AIS services. You will collaborate with Sales, nursing, pharmacy and operations to ensure a smooth discharge, document collection and delivery coordination.

The role emphasizes upfront payments, financial assistance navigation, and denials follow-up to maintain clean claims and timely reimbursements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in patient registration or medical billing preferred.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery.
• Creates, communicates and obtains all required documentation for new referrals.
• Secures patient’s upfront payment and assists with financial assistance options.
