Job summary

Qualtrics seeks a Consultant, Patient Experience to transform patient experience strategy for healthcare organizations by translating data into actionable insights and high-impact initiatives. You will collaborate with healthcare executives and our Strategic Consulting practice to lead and deliver measurable improvements.

You’ll translate insights to strategy, build trusted relationships with executives, facilitate with impact, and expand client relationships while driving innovative consulting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience with knowledge of market trends.
• Expertise using patient experience data, analytics, and methodologies.
• Experience implementing improvement initiatives across Experience, Safety, Engagement, Quality, or Performance domains.
• Proven track record in management/strategic consulting with development exposure.
• Strong background in executive-level presentation, workshop facilitation, and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree required; ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact client engagements to deliver world-class patient experience consulting and execution roadmaps.
• Synthesize data into executive-level presentations and recommendations for C-suite audiences.
• Facilitate change management and capability building to upskill client teams.
• Expand client relationships and pipeline to grow practice revenue.
• Contribute to internal innovation by developing new methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Maintain engagement excellence while meeting utilization targets.
