Job summary

Qualtrics seeks a Consultant, Patient Experience to translate healthcare data into actionable strategies that improve patient outcomes. You will work with C-suite clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact engagements, build trusted relationships, and drive measurable improvements in care delivery.

You will facilitate executive workshops, craft compelling recommendations, and contribute to new consulting tools while traveling up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience and knowledge of market trends.
• Experience using patient data, analytics, and methodologies to drive change.
• Proven track record in management/strategic consulting with business development exposure.
• Strong executive presentation, workshop facilitation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact patient experience engagements and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Synthesize complex data into executive-level presentations and recommendations.
• Facilitate trainings and workshops for providers, staff, and leadership teams.
• Expand client relationships and pipeline to grow practice revenue.
• Contribute to internal consulting methodologies and new tools.
• Maintain engagement excellence and meet utilization targets.
