Job summary

Press Ganey, in partnership with Qualtrics, is seeking an Associate Principal, Healthcare Consulting to collaborate with health systems and health plans. You will lead analytics and strategy for patient and member experience improvements, translating data into actionable plans for executives.

You will facilitate workshops, develop dashboards, and guide transformation initiatives with senior leaders, influencing changes across organizations and achieving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience within a health system, integrated delivery network, academic medical center, large medical group, or healthcare services organization.
• 3+ years of healthcare consulting or other client-facing advisory experience.
• Experience with patient experience measurement programs (e.g., Press Ganey) and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and insight development for engagements focused on patient and member experience, quality improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Translate complex datasets into executive-level recommendations and strategic action plans.
• Facilitate workshops and executive briefings with healthcare leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client workstreams with focus on timely delivery and impact.
