Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager 2 for Adams Neurosciences Center at Yale New Haven Hospital - Saint Raphael Campus. This hands-on food service leader will direct daily patient dining operations, patient meal service, and staffing to deliver exceptional service in a large academic medical center.

You will drive patient satisfaction, develop team members, and implement performance improvements across operations while partnering with nursing and clinical leadership.
