Sodexo is seeking a Patient Dining Services Manager 2 – Food at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. Lead a patient dining team and oversee mailroom services, driving operational excellence and patient satisfaction in a 1,039-bed teaching hospital and Delaware’s only Level I trauma center.

You will manage people, set direction, and deploy resources while advancing your leadership career in a dynamic healthcare environment, with an emphasis on service quality and compliance.

Formación

• Experience guiding frontline teams in service-driven operations.
• Knowledge of patient dining workflows, food safety, sanitation, and clinical nutrition standards.
• Background in staff scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day operational coordination.
• Commitment to service excellence through patient engagement, rounding, and quality monitoring.
