Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Patient Dining Services Manager 2 for Food and Nutrition Services to lead daily patient services operations for our food team at Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, NJ.

The Patient Service Manager will provide oversight to the hospital Diet Office personnel to ensure nutrition/food regulatory requirements are achieved in operations and quality is maintained. Lead two essential service areas with a focus on patient experience, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 2 years.
• Related experience: 2 years.
• Experience guiding frontline teams within service-driven operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily patient dining services operations for the food team at Carrier Clinic, Belle Mead, NJ.
• Oversee Diet Office personnel to ensure nutrition/food regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate mailroom services alongside patient dining operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Set direction, deploy resources, and manage performance reviews and staffing decisions.
• Influence and negotiate with parts of the organization to achieve results.
