Candidates should have 2+ years in customer service and medical office settings, with MS Office proficiency. Travel may be required for training and coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of face-to-face or telephonic customer service experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office.
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients as they arrive and manages wait time.
• Complete check-in and check-out tasks including insurance verification and precertifications.
• Collects co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles and issues receipts.
• Manages cashier box and daily deposits per policy.
• Lead other team members and coordinate workload.
