Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health seeks an experienced billing specialist to manage insurance verifications and patient communications regarding co-pays, deductibles, and balances. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned CBO Patient Account vendors and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will interface with all levels of staff and management, analyze accounts receivable, identify trends, and resolve active and bad debt balances to keep revenue flowing.
