Qualifications

• 2 years of patient accounting experience in a physician office, hospital, or medical collections.
• Experience in customer service, third-party follow-up, government follow-up, patient collections, account resolution, billing, data analysis and/or cash applications.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment processes and government/third-party billing.
• Third-party account follow-up and self-pay account analysis.
• Payment application and department support; provide analysis of operational results.
