Qualificações

• Insurance verification and patient communication regarding co-payment, deductible, etc. functions.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Interfaces with all levels of Staff and Management.
• Analyzes accounts receivable, identifying issues/trends.
• Primary contact for assigned CBO Patient Account vendors.
• Follow up and resolve active and bad debt account balances.

Responsabilidades

• Verify insurance details and patient eligibility.
• Communicate with patients about balances, co-pays, and payment plans.
• Resolves active and bad debt account balances and follows up on delinquencies.
• Collaborate with staff and management to optimize AR processes.
• Act as primary contact for CBO Patient Account vendors.
