Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports operations of all patient access functions across ED, registration areas, and outpatient services.
• Plans daily activities, staffing, staff development, training, purchasing, and workflows.
• Ensures accurate insurance eligibility, benefit verification, and pre-certification/authorization for procedures.
