Qualifications

• CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire (company paid).
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage patient flow on-site.
• Verify insurance information and complete demographic details.
• Explain consent forms and provide patient education documents.
• Assist with point-of-service collections and account auditing.
• Screen for medical necessity using the ABN software.
• Operate the switchboard and coordinate with clinical and financial teams.
