Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Senior Patient Access Specialist to ensure a smooth patient experience during registration and access. You will handle MRN assignment, eligibility checks, insurance data capture, and timely POS collections, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

On-site at Covenant - St Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH, you will work to improve first-pass claim rates and customer service metrics while supporting training and scheduling within the department.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Revenue Cycle including admission, billing, payments and denials.
• Knowledge of health insurance processes and medical terminology.
• Ability to handle patient information with accuracy and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration and data integrity in the revenue cycle.
• Assist with eligibility verification, ABN distribution, and POS collections.
• Provide accurate instructions and support to patients and guarantors.
• Support auditing and reporting activities to improve metrics.
