Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during registration.
• Perform advanced patient registration tasks and handle complex scenarios.
• Enter patient demographic and insurance information into the EHR system.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with departments.
• Verify patient contact information and appointment details.
• Collaborate with insurance providers and billing teams on insurance-related issues.
• Assist and mentor newer patient access representatives.
• Provide patients with information about registration, scheduling, and financial responsibilities.
• Help resolve patient concerns and escalations; support training of staff.
