Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED. Prefer an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum five years general clerical duties, preferably in healthcare with data reconciliation.
• Prior healthcare registration and/or scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, pre-registration and registration functions to maintain efficient workflow for patients.
• Provide leadership in management of department operations and major projects.
• Collaborate with contact center and hospital staff to ensure accurate patient information and billing rules.
