Job summary

Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a remote Patient Access Liaison to educate patients and caregivers on access and administration of therapies, coordinating care with physicians, infusion centers, and payers.

The PAL will support launch plans, travel as needed, and work within a matrix organization to ensure compliant, high-quality patient experiences across regions including San Antonio, Lubbock, and Houston.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, preferably in Patient Services as a patient-facing contributor.
• Proven success as a field-based team member (e.g., FRM, PAL, Market Access).
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, specialty pharmacy, HUB models, and overcoming access challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers for education and questions on access and administration.
• Coordinate treatment with physicians, infusion centers, pharmacies and payers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients and caregivers with tailored communication plans.
• Educate patients and healthcare professionals on insurance coverage and therapy access process.
• Monitor KPIs within the assigned region to ensure performance.
