Job summary

Viridian Therapeutics is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to educate patients, coordinate treatment with physicians, payers, and infusion centers, and support access to Viridian therapies. This role focuses on removing barriers, ensuring compliant, high-quality patient experiences, and supporting product launch plans.

The PAL will operate remotely across GA and Jacksonville, FL with travel up to 50% for meetings and engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, preferably in Patient Services as a patient-facing contributor.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, specialty pharmacy, HUB models, and overcoming access challenges.
• Proven ability to work with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to educate and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers for education and questions related to access and administration of Viridian therapies.
• Coordinate treatment with physicians, infusion centers, pharmacies and payers to prioritize patient needs and document in CRM.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients and caregivers with a tailored communication plan.
• Educate patients and healthcare professionals on insurance coverage and obtaining therapy.
