Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, insurance verification, financial documentation, and counseling needs with accuracy and independence.
• Serve as a senior resource for billing, insurance, payment plans, and complex financial situations.
• Train and mentor Patient Access Representatives while sharing best practices and supporting team development.
• Monitor registration, insurance, and financial processes for accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
