McCandlessTruck Center in Aurora, CO is seeking a dedicated Parts Sales/Account Manager to drive parts business across our dealership. You will cultivate relationships with assigned accounts, target year-over-year growth, and coordinate with the Parts Manager and service teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five to Ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of fleet phone or counter person experience.

Responsibilities

• Solicits parts business from assigned accounts through in-person, telephone, and other electronic methods of communication.
• Manages customer relationship with assigned accounts with a focus on profitable customer sales growth across all departments.
• Visits all assigned customers a minimum of twice per month and maintains relationships.
• Targets 10% year-over-year parts sales growth with all assigned accounts.
• Serves as a product trainer and coordinates with vendors to assist with tasks.
• Creates and distributes sales oriented marketing materials and quotes.
