Our subscription-based automation model (AaaS) delivers field-ready solutions that maximize jobsite efficiency without massive upfront hardware costs. Xpanner is seeking a hands-on Senior Specialist for Inventory and Parts Management, reporting to the Director of US Field Operations.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of spare parts operations experience.
• End-to-end spare parts workflows experience.
• ERP experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong cross-team communication.
• Founder’s mentality; proactive and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee forecasting, ordering, and tracking of spare parts inventory.
• Lead local purchasing and vendor negotiations for parts and consumables.
• Coordinate inventory with warehouse and operations teams.
• Align purchasing data with finance for monthly reporting and reconciliation.
• Utilize NetSuite to manage purchasing workflows.
