Job summary

Xpanner, a hardware-software innovator in the construction space, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Software and Data Platforms in Santa Fe Springs. You will own discovery, definition, and roadmap execution for Xpanner Connect and jobsite software, turning machine data into customer value.

Collaborate with hardware, cloud, and engineering teams to drive end-to-end ownership, define data capture, metrics, and reporting, and lead the delivery lifecycle from discovery to launch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B SaaS products from ideation to launch.
• Strong ability to translate workflows into actionable plans and dashboards.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to visit jobsites to understand end-user needs.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, definition, and roadmap for Xpanner Connect and jobsite software.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate real-world pain points into PRDs and user stories.
• Define features across dashboards, data visualization, and admin workflows.
• Manage end-to-end software delivery from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate with hardware, cloud, and engineering for feasible solutions.
• Support commercial growth through demos, ROI articulation, and packaging.
