We are expanding our US sales motion and building the operational engine behind our X1 retrofit kits. This role owns the back-end execution of the sales and rental lifecycle, serving as the liaison between

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or contracts administration.
• Hands-on ERP experience with a strong grasp of order-to-cash and revenue recognition.
• A founder’s mentality: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales and rental order lifecycle, from intake and contract setup to close-out.
• Manage a complex book of concurrent rental contracts and act as the Oracle ERP process owner.
• Partner with Finance to forecast rental revenue, track equipment utilization, and monitor contract health.

About the Team:

• As we scale rentals and sales of our X1 retrofit kits across North America, we’re building the operational engine behind our US sales motion.
• This role owns the back-end execution of the sales and rental lifecycle, serving as the liaison between Sales, Accounting, and customers' AP teams.

What You’ll Do:
