Job summary

University City District (UCD) is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnerships & Programs to strengthen relationships with businesses, property owners, institutions, and other stakeholders; create meaningful opportunities for the University City business community to connect and engage; and grow private-sector support for UCD programs and initiatives.

The Senior Manager will lead events and convenings, develop sponsorships and corporate partnerships, and coordinate external affairs to advance UCD’s

Qualifications

Minimum five years in business engagement, corporate partnerships, events, sponsorships, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Proven ability to build relationships with businesses, institutions, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead business engagement and relationship management with developers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
Develop and execute a calendar of stakeholder events and convenings, including State of University City.
Drive sponsorships and corporate partnerships to support events, programs, and spaces.
Represent UCD externally at meetings, conferences, and community events.
Collaborate with internal teams to align events with organizational priorities.
Establish goals and metrics for events and engagement activities.
Use CRM and data to track relationships, outreach, and opportunities.
Occasionally work evenings or nontraditional hours to support events.
