Legends Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnerships for Cincinnati Open, to lead a portfolio of strategic corporate partners and drive year-round engagement, renewals, and incremental revenue opportunities. You will partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional sponsor experiences, activation, and post-event reviews.

The role emphasizes relationship management, sponsorship activation, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, live-events environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in partnership marketing, sports management, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of key corporate partners.
• Develop and execute annual account strategies aligned with partner objectives and tournament goals.
• Lead partnership planning, activation development, and year-round engagement efforts.
• Oversee activation planning and integration across tournament and year-round events.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Premium, Facilities, Ticketing, and Finance to deliver seamless partner experiences.
• Drive renewal strategies and identify upsell, cross-sell, and new revenue opportunities.
• Foster collaboration across departments to improve workflows and efficiency.
