Job summary

Learfield is seeking a proactive Senior Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team, managing a portfolio of partner accounts and coordinating with university staff and vendors to activate sponsorships.

You will oversee day-to-day activation efforts, develop operational processes, contribute to partner recaps, and support planning. This role suits someone with foundational partnership/event experience seeking greater ownership and visibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partnership marketing, event coordination, sponsorship, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator—able to collaborate across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment of assigned partner accounts, coordinating with sales, university, and vendor stakeholders to deliver sponsorship assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with university partners and stakeholders, representing Learfield.
• Own execution timelines and partner deliverables across digital, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Track partner inventory and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
• Create and maintain documentation for activations, recaps, and proof of performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on planning, vendor coordination, and special events.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve partner experiences.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and internal reporting tied to activations.
