Job summary

Centr is seeking a seasoned HYROX Account Operations Manager to serve as the connective tissue between Centr and HYROX, coordinating communications and cross-functional work across Brand, Activation, Creative, and Commercial teams.

Reporting to the SVP, Brand Marketing, you will lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure flawless execution while nurturing senior-level partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in account/partnership management or related fields.
• Experience managing senior-level partnerships or client relationships.
• Proven ability to develop and implement account strategies beyond day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to HYROX, overseeing communications and relationships.
• Coordinate all scheduling, QBRs, briefs, events, and executive touchpoints.
• Lead partnership syncs: agenda, facilitation, notes, and action tracking.
