Job summary

Centr is seeking an Operations & Logistics lead to optimize the Hyrox partnership across events, ensuring smooth shipping, timing, and on-site execution. You will be the bridge between field operations, product/engineering, and sales, driving continuous improvement through data and athlete feedback.

You will travel up to 70% and work in a flexible, hybrid environment, supporting global activations and ensuring brand alignment with premium lifestyle positioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain within fitness, sport, or events.
• Strong project management skills for multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Able to translate on-the-ground data into product/process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams between Centr and HYROX.
• Ensure 24/7/365 availability for event operations and logistics.
• Oversee equipment, apparel and promotional material supply for Hyrox events.
• Standardize workflows to scale partnerships across cities and formats.
• Gather athlete feedback for product validation and continuous improvement.
