Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead and grow large-scale assessment programs in our Go-to-Market division. You will design, manage, and administer assessment products with clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to contracts.

The role supports hybrid work, with travel up to 25%, and reports to a Lead, Partnership Management. Competitive compensation with an annual incentive program is offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field).
• Experience managing large-scale testing, preferably in certification/licensing.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, analytical and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing staff activities in planning, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating work.
• Experience in client relationship and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support partnership management activities for large-scale assessment programs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with state education agency staff and partners.
• Provide regular status updates and oversee program deliverables and schedules.
• Ensure product and process quality and alignment with client needs and contracts.
• Assist in proposal development, contract amendments, and statements of work.
