Job summary

Home Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own day-to-day performance and growth of a portfolio of strategic partners. This is a hands-on role on the Partnerships team.

You run your book largely independently - executing reliably, communicating clearly, and surfacing insights, issues, and opportunities before anyone asks. You will work closely with a VP of Partnerships, who owns portfolio-level strategy and long-term growth planning, while you own day to day execution

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, account manager, or growth role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to move work forward.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of a portfolio of strategic partners and identify growth opportunities.
• Execute a growth plan for a partner set, negotiating unit economics and budgets.
• Proactively raise opportunities and resolve issues with clear follow-ups.
