Job summary

Pearson seeks an Advanced Specialist in Partnership Management to lead and grow large-scale assessment programs for clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to design, implement, and enhance assessment products and services, reporting to a Lead, Partnership Management, in a hybrid remote/office format.

You’ll oversee development, administration, scoring, and quality control while cultivating long-term client relationships and ensuring alignment with contracts and budgets.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field).
• Experience managing large-scale testing programs.
• Experience directing staff and project contracts.
• 3 years in the educational testing/assessment industry preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical and facilitation skills.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of large-scale assessment products and services.
• Manages components of assessment activities: development, administration, and scoring.
• Oversees work plans and schedules to meet project deliverables.
• Provides quality control for products, processes and activities.
• Maintains client relationships and manages expectations with stakeholders.
• Keeps internal and client teams aligned on contract specs, schedules and budgets.
