Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management in the Go‑To‑Market division. This role supports development and administration of large-scale assessment programs for clients and internal teams, coordinating with multiple departments to meet program needs.

The role reports to a Lead, Partnership Management and operates in a hybrid format, balancing remote work with office presence. The candidate should have an advanced degree in policy/education and several years of leadership

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree with a concentration in policy, assessment, or measurement in education or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale testing programs and contracts.
• Proven professional experience managing project & contract work.
• At least 3 years in educational testing and assessment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience directing staff and coordinating scheduling, monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience in client relationship management and project management.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and handle complex situations independently.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership to drive deliverables to completion.
• Strong analytic capabilities and knowledge of education policies and programs.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support partnership management activities for large-scale assessment programs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with state education agencies and stakeholders.
• Assist in designing and implementing tests and program activities that meet standards and client needs.
• Provide regular status updates and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to proposals, contracts, and statements of work as required.
• Ensure program activities align with Pearson goals, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
