Job summary

Pearson seeks an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead development, growth, and administration of large-scale assessment programs. You will partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to design, implement, and grow products and services, ensuring high-quality delivery in a hybrid remote/office setting.

The role reports to a Lead, Partnership Management and requires strong experience in education testing, client management, and program oversight, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement.
• Experience in management in large-scale testing, preferably in certification and licensing.
• Professional experience managing and supporting project & contract work.
• 3 years in the educational testing and assessment industry preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing staff in planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating work.
• Experience in client relationship management and project management.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and handle complex situations independently.
• Strong analytic capability and knowledge of education policies, issues, and programs.
• Travel as needed up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in support of the Lead, Partnership Management.
• Provides regular program status updates to leadership.
• Meets with leadership and colleagues to review program status and planning.
• Represents client and corporate perspectives in decision-making.
• May participate in proposals, contract amendments, and statements of work.
• Brings knowledge of testing and measurement to design and implementation of tests.
• Brings knowledge of client needs to inform product and service development.
